Warranty Policy


At ANRZO, our demi-fine jewellery is crafted to move with you through everyday life. Because we believe deeply in the quality of our materials and advanced plating technology, we provide a structured Lifetime Warranty to ensure long-term confidence in every piece you wear.

 

The Lifetime Plating Warranty (Demi-Fine Jewellery)

This warranty specifically covers unusual color fading or tarnishing of the gold plating on eligible demi-fine pieces. Depending on the time from your original delivery date, we offer the following resolutions:

Time from Delivery Warranty Resolution
0–6 Months One-time free product replacement. (A nominal ₹100 prepaid shipping & handling fee applies. COD is not available for this fee). You may keep the original piece or return it at your own expense.
6–9 Months 50% of the invoice value credited to your ANRZO Wallet.
9–12 Months 25% of the invoice value credited to your ANRZO Wallet.
Beyond 12 Months 15% of the invoice value credited to your ANRZO Wallet.

 

ANRZO Wallet Terms

To maintain fairness and transparency, please note that any ANRZO Wallet credits issued for warranty claims are valid for exactly 6 months from the date of issue. These credits can be used seamlessly on any future order but are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any bank account or UPI ID.

Exclusions from Warranty

Because our jewellery is worn in real life, this policy covers plating and fading, but does not cover:

  • Physical damage, bent rings, snapped chains, or scratches resulting from regular wear and tear or mishandling. (Damaged products are not covered under the color fading replacement policy).

  • Loss of stones or crystals.

  • Damage from third-party alterations or resizing.

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces.


How to Raise a Warranty Claim

Our digital claim process is designed to be completely seamless:

  1. Send an email to our team at hi@anrzo.com with the subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”.

  2. Include a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear, well-lit photographs showing the fading. (Note: If your claim is regarding an issue present upon delivery, your original unboxing video is also mandatory).

  4. Our quality team will carefully review the provided media to determine if a replacement or wallet credit is warranted. To maintain fairness and brand standards, the decision of our internal team in this regard is final.

If your claim requires you to self-ship a piece back for inspection, our team will direct you to send it to our headquarters securely:
