Dispatch Timelines

Everyday Demi-Fine Jewellery: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. At a maximum, your pieces will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates are tied to your specific pin code and the pieces you have selected. Precise delivery timelines will be clearly displayed on the product pages and during checkout.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Prepaid Orders: Complimentary shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a nominal convenience fee of ₹75.
Please note: To ensure secure transit, COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹8,000.

Order Tracking

The moment your piece leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email, allowing you to follow its journey to you.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for seamless delivery, occasional delays may happen due to extreme weather, local restrictions, or unforeseen courier-related issues.
In the rare event that your address becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, our team will proactively contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution or process a full refund.
Failed Deliveries (Prepaid Orders): If a prepaid order cannot be successfully delivered because you are unavailable or the address is unserviceable, the order will be returned to our facility. The order amount will be refunded directly to your ANRZO Wallet, minus the shipping fees incurred.
COD Payments: Please carefully check your invoice amount upon delivery. ANRZO cannot be held responsible if an overpayment is made to the courier executive beyond the exact Cash on Delivery amount stated on your official bill.
