Payment Policy

At ANRZO, we believe that purchasing your jewellery should be as seamless and secure as wearing it. We accept a variety of payment methods for purchases made on anrzo.com and at our physical stores to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Prepaid Payments: We securely accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select orders, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • ANRZO Wallet / Store Credit: You may use your valid ANRZO Wallet balance for online purchases. Please note that Wallet credits are valid for 6 months and cannot be transferred or encashed.

COD Eligibility & Restrictions

To ensure the secure transit of our premium pieces, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in the following scenarios. All such orders must be placed using our secure prepaid payment options:

  • Orders containing Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) jewellery.

  • Orders containing Solid Gold jewellery (9K, 14K, & 18K).

  • Orders exceeding ₹8,000 in total value.

  • International orders.
