Returns (Within 2 Days) You can raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order by visiting our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Offer Purchases: Pieces purchased under "Buy 1 Get 1" or similar structured offers are eligible for a return, with the refund credited to your ANRZO Wallet.

Discounted Items: Pieces purchased at a standard strike-through price (without applying an additional coupon) are fully eligible for return.
Return Conditions To maintain our quality standards, please ensure:

The jewellery is absolutely unused.

The original packaging and tags remain perfectly intact.

Important: To process any claims for missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please record the package being opened from its original, sealed state so we can swiftly resolve the issue.
How to Initiate a Return

Visit the Returns & Exchanges Portal on our website.

Enter your ANRZO Order ID (ensure it begins with #AN1100) and your Contact Number.

Select the piece(s) you wish to return.

Select a reason for the return and upload at least 2 clear images of the item.

Specify your preferred pickup address, date, and your preferred refund method.

Review your details and confirm the request.
Refund Process Once your piece is picked up and verified by our quality team, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, in accordance with RBI guidelines.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded securely to the UPI or bank account you provide.
ANRZO Wallet Credits & Validity For pieces purchased under "Buy 1 Get 1" offers, or for approved returns/exchanges that fall outside standard refund parameters, credit will be issued exclusively to your ANRZO Wallet.

Validity: All ANRZO Wallet credits (provided as a discount code or gift card) are valid for exactly 6 months from the date of issue.

Terms: These credits are designed to be used seamlessly on your next order but are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any bank account or UPI ID.
Non-Returnable Items Because jewellery is deeply personal, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

Clearance pieces (this will always be clearly stated on the product page).
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
If a piece isn't the perfect fit or if you received something unexpected, we offer a straightforward exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

If the exact piece or size is currently unavailable, our team will personally assist you in finding the closest available variant or process a full refund.
Size Exchanges: We want your pieces to fit perfectly into your daily life. If you require a size exchange for an accepted return, a flat, nominal fee of ₹100 is charged to cover the secure logistics.

Select whether you require the same item (for damage/wrong items) or a different size.

Finalize and confirm your request.

Strict Timelines: If a return or exchange request is initiated after the official 2-day or 7-day policy window has lapsed, our team will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the request. To maintain fairness for all customers, the decision of our internal team is final.
